Years of renovations had left the estate with mismatched hardware and keys held by former staff, contractors and previous managers. The owners wanted keyless convenience for family, scheduled access for staff — and cameras that actually covered the perimeter, not just the front door.

We fitted high-security deadbolts with retrofit smart keypads on all five entries, added 16 4K cameras on existing conduit paths, and built scheduled codes — housekeeping weekdays, garden crew Saturdays, family always. Everything runs from one app, with a local NVR the owners fully own.
